Under the Chief Minister Punjab Hunarmand Program, multiple high-demand construction trades are being offered with hands-on practical training:
1. Domestic / General Electrician
The total Duration of this course is 06 Months and House wiring, electrical installation, maintenance, safety standards skills will be covered.
2. Plumbing
The total Duration of plumbing course is 06 Months and Pipe fitting, water supply systems, sanitation, leak repairs Skills will be covered.
3. Tile Fixer
The Duration of Tile fixer course is 06 Months and Floor and wall tiling, material measurement, finishing techniques skills will be covered.
4. Mason
The Duration of Mason Course is 03 Months and Brickwork, concrete work, construction basics skills will be covered.
5. Shuttering & Scaffolding
The Duration of Shuttering and Scaffolding Course is 03 Months and Formwork, scaffolding setup, safety procedures.
6. Welding (Basic / Advance)
The Duration of welding course is 03 Months and Arc welding, gas welding, industrial safety skills be covered during the course period.
7. Building Painter
The Duration of Building Painter course is 03 Months and Interior & exterior painting, surface preparation and finishing Skills will be covered.
8. Steel Fixer
The Duration of steel fixer course is 03 Months and Reinforcement work, steel cutting, bending and placement skills will be covered.
Monthly Stipend of CM Hunarmand Program:
To support students during training, the Government of Punjab is providing a monthly stipend of Rs. 7,500, ensuring that financial constraints do not become a barrier to skill development.
