Eligibility Criteria (Qualification and Age):

1. Assistant: The minimum Qualification is Graduation from HEC recognized University. 06 Weeks Basic IT Course (Including MS Office conducted by NITB). The age should be between 18 Years to 33 Years as on the Closing date of applications.
2. Stenotypists: The minimum Qualification is Intermediate. Minimum Speed of 80/40 words per minute in shorthand / Typing respectively. Must be computer literate. The age should be between 18 Years to 30 Years as on the Closing date of applications.
3. Data Entry Operators: The Minimum Qualification is Graduation / Bachelors in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or Statistics. Minimum Speed of 10,000 key depressions per hour. The age should be between 18 Years to 30 Years as on the Closing date of applications.
4, Upper Division Clerks: The minimum Qualification is Intermediate. 03 Weeks Basic IT Course (Including MS Office conducted by NITB). The age should be between 18 Years to 30 Years as on the Closing date of applications.
5. Library Assistant: The minimum qualification is Graduation with a certificate in Library Science from Recognized Institute. The age should be between 18 Years to 30 Years as on the Closing date of applications.
6. Cataloguer: The minimum qualification is Graduation with a certificate in Library Science from Recognized Institute. The age should be between 18 Years to 30 Years as on the Closing date of applications.
7. Lower Division Clerks: The minimum Qualification is Matric. Typing Speed of 30 words per minute. 03 Weeks Basic IT Course (Including MS Office conducted by NITB). The age should be between 18 Years to 30 Years as on the Closing date of applications.
8. Wireless Operators: The minimum Qualification is Matric with Three Years of Relevant Experience. The age should be between 18 Years to 30 Years as on the Closing date of applications.
9. Sepoy: The minimum Qualification is Matric with Three Years of Relevant Experience. The age should be between 18 Years to 30 Years as on the Closing date of applications. Height for Males: 5 feet 6 inches and Chest 32 inches to 33.5 inches. Hight for Females: 5 feet 2 inches.
