CM Punjab Honhaar Scholarships Program 2025 Phase II Online Registration has been started. Desirous students may submit Online Applications through the official portal. This scholarship program covers 100% tuition fee of the selected students.
Honhaar Scholarship Program is the initiative of CM Punjab and Government of Punjab to provide the financial aid for deserving students of Punjab Province. Desirous students must have the Domicile of Punjab Province and enrolled in Universities / Colleges.
Honhaar Scholarships Program 2025 Details:
CM Punjab has launched the Phase II of Honhaar Scholarship Program 2025. Student’s of Punjab Province are Eligible to apply for this Scholarship Program. Students enrolled in the Public Sector Universities / Colleges are eligible to apply.
Honhaar Scholarships Undergraduate Scholarship Program:
Government of Punjab has announced the Honhaar Scholarship Program Phase II for Undergraduate students. Enrolled in 3rd semester to 8th semester of Selected Universities / Colleges and Students already enrolled in 2nd year to 5th of MBBS and BDS are also eligible to Honhaar Scholarship Program.
CM Punjab Scholarships Program 2025 Online Apply:
Chief Minister Punjab Scholarships Program 2025 Second Phase is Lunched and the application submission process is also started. Desirous students of Punjab Province meeting the eligibility criteria and enrolled in the Public Sector Universities are eligible for Scholarship Program.
Honhaar Scholarship Program Eligibility Criteria:
As per the official portal of Honhaar Scholarship Program, Below is the detailed Eligibility Criteria:
- Have domicile from any district of the Punjab.
- Family monthly income should be less than Rs 300,000 (Affidavit Required).
- The Applicant must be enrolled in Selected Disciplines in the Selected Universities / Colleges from 3rd semester to 8th semester. Students already enrolled in 2nd year to 5th of MBBS and BDS are also eligible for this scholarship program

No of Scholarships:
In the Second Phase of or Honhaar Scholarship Program 20,000 students of Public Sector Universities will be awarded Scholarships.

Minimum CGPA / Annual Exam Percentage requirements for scholarship:
Public Sector Universities / Colleges (≥ 70% equivalent CGPA for Sciences and ≥ 65% equivalent CGPA for Arts. Public Sector Medical and Dental Colleges (≥ 60%) in annual exams. Selection of merit criteria based on HEC Policy guidelines for Implementation of uniform Semester system in HEIs of Pakistan.
