Islamabad: President of Pakistan Arif Alvi tweeted that God is witness that I did not sign the Official Secrets Amendment Bill 2023 and the Pakistan Army Amendment Bill 2023.
I do not agree with this bill I asked my staff to return it. so that they become ineffective. I repeatedly asked my staff if they had sent it back and I was assured that they had.
However I have found out today that my staff undermined my will and command. Allah knows all and He will forgive me, IA. I apologize to those who will be affected by this bill.
