The State Bank of Pakistan hiring for Assistant Directors OG-2 under Officers Training Scheme 27th Batch in the following areas:

Monetary Policy
Macroeconomic Research and Data
Financial Markets and Foreign Exchange Reserve Management
Banking Policy and Supervision
Islamic Finance
Financial Inclusion
Digital Financial Services
Information Technology, Finance & Risk Management, Internal Audit, External Communications, Strategic Planning and Human Resources

The selected candidates will be offered Assistant Directors OG-2 Job Positions in the State Bank of Pakistan.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Master’s, Bachelor’s or equivalent degree with 16 years of education in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Statistics, Data Sciences, Actuarial Sciences, Accounting, Computer Sciences, Information Systems and Technology, Mathematics, Human Resource Management, Agriculture Management (other than BSC or MSC in agriculture), Islamic Banking & Finance, Law, Media & Culture Studies, Philosophy and Physics.
Marks / CGPA: Minimum 60% marks where percentage is applicable or 2.5 out of 4.0 or 3.5 out of 5.0 where CGPA system is applicable.
Age Limits: The age should be between 18 years to 26 years as on September 08, 2024, three years age relaxation for Females, Transgenders, minorities, northern areas, Balochistan, Azad Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan.
Experience: No prior experience is required, Fresh Graduates are Eligible to apply.
Gender: Both the Males and Females are Eligible to apply.
Domicile: All Over Pakistan including Baluchistan, Ex-FATA, Gilgit Baltistan & Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK).

Pre-Induction Training:

After completion of all formalities including medical, psychological and proof of completed educational documents, The selected candidates shall be required to undergo Theoretical Training at National Institute of Banking and Finance (NIBAF), Islamabad as Trainees. The trainees who successfully complete and qualify the training will be offered appointment as Assistant Director (OG-2) at SBP.

Salary Package of OG-2 in State Bank of Pakistan:

During the training, the trainees shall be paid a monthly stipend of Rs 41,000. Upon successful completion of the training, the trainees will be offered appointment as Assistant Director (OG-2) at monthly monetized salary of Rs 82,000 along with other allowances/benefits in the salary scale of OG-2 as per Bank rules.

Selected Procedure of State Bank of Pakistan (SBP):

The candidates shortlisted on the basis of Written Test will be called for further process like Group Discussion, psychometric Test, and panel Interview. Candidates are advised to bring all original documents, three Passport size pictures, printed application form, Domicile, CNIC and proof of NTS fee payment. Candidates will be selected in order to merit subject to Provincial Quota / Regional Quota defined by the Government of Pakistan.
