The required Education is BBA / MBA (Marketing) from HEC recognized Universities local / foreign. Minimum 01 Year Banking Experience in Sales. Age should be up to 30 years (as on the closing date of advertisement).
Job Responsibilities/ Job Description:
- Achieve assigned Deposit targets on a monthly basis as set by management through the live pipeline of potential customers.
- Make calls and visits to the clients to ensure smooth relationships and also maintain the call reports on a daily basis.
- Maintain high service quality standards while interacting with customers for business retention.
- Achieve assigned targets through cross selling of all other consumer banking products.
- Ensure compliance with local policies SOPs & regulation guided by SBP in all activities & transactions. Also ensure the compliance of AML/CFT required for the assigned portfolio.
