- Education: Intermediate.
- Skills: Shorthand speed of 80 w.p.m. and typing speed of 40 w.p.m. Must be proficient in MS Office.
- Quota: Open Merit (01), Punjab-Gen (10), Punjab-Women (01), Sindh-U (01), Sindh-R (02).
- Age Limit: 18–25 years (+5 years general relaxation).
3. Upper Division Clerk (UDC) (BS-13)
- Education: Intermediate (Minimum 2nd Division).
- Skills: MS Office proficiency and 40 w.p.m. typing speed.
- Quota: Punjab-Gen (04), Punjab-Women (01), Sindh-U (01), Sindh-R (01), Baluchistan (01).
- Age Limit: 18–25 years (+5 years general relaxation).
4. Surveyor / Draftsman (BS-11)
- Education: Matric with a 3-year Diploma in Surveying/Draftsmanship OR a 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office. Quota: Sindh-U (01), Baluchistan (01).
- Age Limit: 18–25 years (+5 years general relaxation).
