POF Artisans Training Scheme 2024 (Batch No 56th) is announced for the citizens of Pakistan. Aspirants who passed the minimum Matric from recognized Boards are Eligible to apply for the ARTISAN TRAINING SCHEM. The selected candidates will undergo training in the Pakistan Ordnance Factories Institute of Technology (POFIT).

POF Artisans Training Scheme 2024 is an excellent career opportunity for the Matric / FSc or DAE Passed Candidates belonging to any Province of Pakistan including GB & AJK. The deadline for submission of applications is 02 December 2024.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: The minimum Qualification is Matric with Science (Minimum 2nd Division) 10% weightage will be given to FSc (with Physics & Maths) and DAE Passed candidates.
Age: 17 to 21 Years of age as on 02 December 2024.
Genders: Both Males & Females re Eligible to Apply.
Duration of Training: 1 to 1.5 Years.

Payment of Stipend During Training:

The Selected candidates will be paid a monthly stipend as follows:

Semester	Duration	Stipend Amount
1st Semester	06 Months	50% of BPS-05 Rs. 7,615 per month
2nd Semester	06 Months	60% of BPS-05 Rs. 9,138 per month
3rd Semester	06 Months	80% of BPS-05 Rs. 12,184 per month

Terms & Conditions:

Affidavit: Fresh Entrants, after being selected as Artisans, will submit an affidavit on stamp paper valuing Rs. 100/—duly signed by their surety to complete their training satisfactorily.

Employment: It shall not be obligatory for POF Management to offer the job to all apprentices. However, successful apprentices may be absorbed in POFs subject to the availability of seats, with an undertaking that they will have to serve POFs, if job is offered to them.

Bond Deed: The Artisans, who will be offered the job as per need of POF after successful completion of their training, will have to execute the prescribed bond to serve thereafter in POFs for a minimum period of 6 years. In case of leaving, they will have to refund all the amount spent on their training including the penalty of Rs.50,000/-.

Accommodation Facility:

Hostel accommodation will be provided to selected candidates on demand, upon availability on a first come first serve basis.

Desirous / Interested candidates may submit Online Applications through the Online Application forms available on the POF website at https://pof.gov.pk/Jobs, by Post, Incomplete Application forms and result declared after closing date will not be entertained. The deadline for submission of applications is 02 December 2024.
