Punjab Agriculture Graduate Internship Program 2024 is a transformative initiative announced by Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz. This program is designed to provide valuable experience to recent graduates in agriculture. From this, they will be able to work with agricultural companies while receiving a monthly stipend of Rs. 60,000. This program is one of the largest and most impactful internship schemes in the history of Pakistan’s agriculture sector.
Program Objectives:
The main objectives of the Punjab Agriculture Graduate Internship Program are below:
- Skill Enhancement: To impart professional knowledge to recent agriculture graduates, focusing on leadership, communication, and collaboration with other institutions.
- Risks Improvement in Service Delivery: Improving communication skills of extension agents for better service delivery to targeted farmers.
- Professional Development: To develop positive attitudes and professional skills among graduates, ensuring that they can communicate effectively and fulfill their assigned duties.
- Industry Integration: To facilitate the integration of young graduates into the agricultural industry, enhancing their practical experience and employability.
Eligibility Criteria (Qualification and Age):
To be eligible for the Punjab Agriculture Department’s Latest Internship Program 2024 below is the Criteria:
- Qualifications: The minimum Qualification is BS (Hons) in Agriculture from HEC recognized university.
- Age: Maximum age should be not more than 25 Years.
- Domicile: Must hold Domicile of the relevant District.

Applications Process (How to Apply):
Interested / Eligible candidates must submit complete application forms with attested copies of domicile, CNIC, and Educational documents. Submit Applications to the Office of Deputy Director (Agriculture) of your relevant district. The deadline for submission of applications is 05 August 2024.
