Punjab Educator Jobs 2023 Recruitment Policy Education Department of Punjab announced the Educators Recruitment Policy 2023. This policy will apply to the upcoming Educator Jobs 2023. The policy will Ensure merit-based competition, Transparent, fool Proof Selection of candidates. The recruitment against the posts of Educators will be made at District Level. However, the candidates applying in their Home Tehsil will be awarded 05 additional Marks.
Pre Screening of Educators in all categories in BS-14 and BS-15 will be made through a Testing agency prior to open merit Selection through District Recruitment Committee. Secondary School Educators (SSEs) recruitment will be made through Punjab Public Service Commission.

Eligibility Criteria for Educators:
- The applicants shall possess the Minimum academic qualification prescribed for the Post He / She will apply for Recruitment.
- As the scheme of Studies BS Honors (16 years of Education) is being adopted by Universities / Colleges, it will be considered equivalent to Master (16 years of Education). However, BS Honors will be in the Subjects as prescribed in the Policy.
- Applicants having 3rd Division in His / Her Master Degree will not be eligible to apply for the posts advertised under the Policy.
Age Limit for Educators:
- For Fresh Males – Minimum Age 20 years and maximum age shall be 30 years, Plus 5 years general age relaxation across the Board.
- For Fresh Females – Minimum Age 20 years and maximum age shall be 30 years, Plus 5 years general and 03 years special age relaxation across the Board.
- For Fresh Disabled (Males and Females) – Fifteen (15) years general age relaxation in upper age limit across the board for disabled fresh candidates for the Posts of Educators.

Qualifying Marks for Entry Test:
Screening Tests will be conducted by a Testing agency duly selected for the purpose.
- In the Screening Test the candidates for the posts of Educators will have to secure at least 50% marks, otherwise he/she will not be eligible to apply for recruitment against advertised posts.
Ranking Criteria for Educators (All Categories):
Merit will be calculated as per the below:
- Interview 10 Marks
- Professional Qualification (BEd, MEd, ADE, MA Education) 05 Marks
- Academic Qualification 65 Marks
- Matric 10 Marks
- Intermediate 15 Marks
- Graduation 15 Marks
- Master’s Degree 25 Marks
- Marks Allocated for Screening Test 15
- Applying for Home Tehsil 05 Marks
