The State Bank of Pakistan has announced the official  Advertisement on 11 March 2024 and invited applications from Males and Females under Statistical Officers Training Scheme 2024 Across Pakistan. Eligible candidates may submit online applications till 25 March 2024. Young, talented, and energetic candidates under Statistical Officers Training Scheme for the positions of Statistical Officers (OG-2).

Details of Vacancies:

The State Bank of Pakistan hiring for Assistant Directors OG-2 under Statistical Officers Training Scheme 2024 in the following areas/departments:

• Statistics
• Data Services and Innovations

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Master’s, Bachelor’s or equivalent degree with 16 years of education in Statistics/Actuarial Sciences/Data Sciences for Statistical Officers. In case of foreign degree, equivalence certificate from HEC would be required.
• Marks / CGPA: At least 60 percent marks where percentages apply or 2.5 out of 4.0 or 3.5 out of 5.0 where GPA system is applicable.
• Age Limits: The age should be between 18 years to 26 years as on March 10, 2023, three years age relaxation for Females, Transgenders, minorities, northern areas, Balochistan, Azad Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan.
• Genders: Both the Males and Females are Eligible to apply. (Age and genders of Transgenders will based on their credentials of CNIC)

SBP provides all the facilities to the Females like pick and drop, baby sitters, and others facilities during the maternal process. Females of Pakistan can avail this opportunity and work in the Central Bank of Pakistan (SBP).

Selected Procedure of SBP:

The candidates shortlisted on the basis of Written Test will be called for further process like Group Discussion, psychometric Test, and panel Interview. Candidates will be required to bring original educational/professional documents, Equivalence Certificate from HEC (in case of foreign qualification), Domicile and CNIC.

Candidates will be selected in order to merit subject to Provincial Quota / Regional Quota defined by the Government of Pakistan.

Pre-Induction Training:

After completion of all formalities including medical, psychological and proof of completed educational documents, The selected candidates shall be required to undergo Theoretical Training at National Institute of Banking and Finance (NIBAF), Islamabad as Trainees. The trainees who successfully complete and qualify the training will be offered appointment as Assistant Director (OG-2) at SBP.

Compensation Package:

During the training, the trainees shall be paid a monthly stipend of Rs 41,000. After successful completion of Training Period, the trainees will be offered appointment as Economic Analyst / Statistical Officer (OG-2) at monthly monetized Salary of Rs.82,000 along with other benefits in Salary Scale of OG-2 as per Bank Rules.
