SECP HAWKS Graduate Training Program 2025 is announced by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). SECP Graduate Training Program is specifically for the Females of Pakistan. Desirous candidates meeting the Eligibility Criteria may submit online applications through NTS before the closing date of applications.

SECP, the apex regulator of Pakistan’s capital markets and the corporate sector is excited to announce the exclusive 4th Batch of its Graduate Training Program, designed specifically for female candidates aspiring to join as Graduate Trainees (HAWKS). This program aims to empower women by offering opportunities for career progression, fostering a healthy work-life balance, and ensuring a respectful professional environment.

SECP HAWKS Graduate Training Program 2025 is an excellent career opportunity for the Females of Pakistan. Selected candidates will get 12 months on-the-job training, field/online trips to Stock  Exchanges, Brokerage Houses, Asset Management Companies, Insurance Companies, and Big Listed Companies, as well as from top professionals. After completing the SECP Graduate Training Program, all the trainees will be permanently posted in SECP.

SECP HAWKS Graduate Training Program 2025 Advertisement Details:

SECP (Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan) Graduate Training Program 2025 (HAWKS – 4th Batch) advertisement announced on 03 March 2025. Applications are invited from the Citizens of Pakistan to join the SECP as Graduate Trainee Officers. Only Females are Eligible to apply from all over Pakistan for SECP HAWKS 4th Batch 2025. The deadline to submit applications is March 17, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria for SECP Graduate Training Program 2025:

Below is the detailed Eligibility Criteria for SECP Graduate Training Program (HAWKS – 4th Batch):

• Qualification: Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree (04 years) i.e. 16 years of education in relevant discipline i.e. Business Administration / Public Administration / Finance / Accounting / Commerce / Insurance / Economics / Statistics / Social Sciences / Mathematics / Law & Information Technology from a reputed HEC recognized Institutes /Universities. (Holders of professional certifications, i.e. CFAP (ICAP) / CMA / ACCA
  / CFA / FRM can apply for these positions).
• Marks / CGPA: At least 70% marks in the annual system or 3.2 CGPA out of 4.0 or 4.0 CGPA out of 5.0 in the semester system. For Law Graduates at least 60% marks in the annual system.
• Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 30 years(including 2 years of relaxations) as on the last date of submission of applications.

Syllabus for Written Test:

Eligible Candidates will have to go through a standardized time-limited test, the syllabus is given below:

• 30% Subjects Related
• 30% Analytical Reasoning
• 20% Leadership Competencies & Behavioural Strengths
• 10% General Knowledge 
• 10% Verbal Reasoning

SECP Graduate Training Program Salary:

During the training period, Selected Candidates will be offered a Market competitive compensation (110,000/- per month), Medical facility, and one-time relocation grant for the selected candidates who do not belong to or reside in Islamabad/Rawalpindi districts.

Application Process:

Aspirants may submit online applications through National Testing Services (NTS). Visit the NTS website at https://nts.org.pk/SECP and fill out the online application form with personal details and Educational Background. After filling the online form, submit NTS application fee through Jazzcash/ Easypaisa/ Online Banking via 1Link Branches.

The deadline to submit online applications is March 17, 2025. NTS will not accept applications via email, by hand, or after the due date. Aspirants must submit applications within the due date.

SECP Graduate Training Program Selection Process:

After submission of applications, NTS will conduct MCQs based written test (from the syllabus as defined earlier). The shortlisted candidates in the Written test and other Eligibility Criteria, will go through a multiple-tier interview process. Successful candidates will be selected in order of merit.

Candidates who successfully cleared Written Tests and Interviews will receive an offer to join the SECP Graduate Training Program, subject to clearance of the SECP medical examination. After the successful completion of the training program, there will be a written test tog gauge their learning curve. Only those trainees securing 70 % and above marks will be offered a regular job at SECP as Management Executive..

Terms and Conditions:

Upon joining the Commission as a graduate trainee, successful candidates will submit a Surety Bond of PKRs 1,000,000/- (Rupees One Million Only) in favor of the Commission, pledging that they will not quit the training. Furthermore, after completion of training, if selected as a regular confirmed employee, the trainees will serve the Commission for a minimum period of 24 months, failing which PKRs 1,000,000/- shall be recovered from the leaver (trainee). 

Please be informed that if at any stage of the selection process or during the training, it is revealed that you do not meet the required eligibility criteria as per the advertisement, your candidature for the training program will be withdrawn/cancelled immediately.
