SECP Graduate Training Program 2023 is announced by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). SECP Graduate Training Program is specifically for the Graduates of all over Pakistan. Citizens of Pakistan (Males and Females) may submit online applications via NTS.

SECP Graduate Training Program 2023 spans over 12 weeks leading to a regular employment subject to successful completion of the training program. SECP providing opportunities to the Males and Females Fresh Graduates to Start working in the leading Federal Government Department of Pakistan.

SECP Graduate Training Program 2023 (HAWKS – 3rd Batch) Advertisement Details:

SECP (Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan) Graduate Training Program 2023 (HAWKS – 3rd Batch) advertisement announced on 07 November 2023. Applications are invited from the Citizens of Pakistan to join the SECP after a 12 month training period. Both the Males and Females are Eligible to apply from All over Pakistan. The deadline to submit applications for SECP Graduate Training Program 2023 (HAWKS – 3rd Batch) is 22 November 2023.

Eligibility Criteria for SECP Graduate Training Program 2023:

Below is the detailed Eligibility Criteria for SECP Graduate Training Program (HAWKS – 3rd Batch):

Qualification: Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree (04 years) i.e. 16 years of education in relevant discipline i.e. Business Administration / Public Administration / Finance / Accounting / Commerce / Insurance / Economics / Statistics / Social Sciences / Mathematics / Law & Information Technology from a reputed HEC recognized Institutes /Universities.
Marks / CGPA: At least 70% marks in the annual system or 3.2 CGPA out of 4.0 or 4.0 CGPA out of 5.0 in the semester system. For Law Graduates at least 60% marks in the annual system.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 28 years as on the last date of submission of applications.

Syllabus for Written Test:

Eligible Candidates will have to go through a standardized time-limited test, the syllabus is given below:

30% Subjects Related
30% Analytical Reasoning
20% Leadership Competencies & Behavioural Strengths
10% General Knowledge
10% Verbal Reasoning

SECP Graduate Training Program Salary:

During the training period, Selected Candidates will be offered Market competitive compensation (110,000/- per month), Medical facility and one-time relocation grant for the Selected candidates who do not belong to or reside in Islamabad/Rawalpindi districts.

Application Process:

Aspirants may submit online applications through National Testing Services (NTS). Visit the NTS website at https://nts.org.pk/SECP and fill out the online application form with personal details and Educational Background. After filling the online form submit NTS applications fee through Jazzcash/ Easypaisa/ Online Banking via 1Link Branches.

Hard copy of filled online Application form along with copies of all the educational documents / transcripts, Resume, CNIC, Domicile Certificate and Disability Certificate (where applicable) etc. must be sent to NTS Headquarters (SECP project), Plot # 96,
Street # 04, Sector H-8/1, Islamabad.

The deadline to submit online applications is 22 November 2023. NTS will not accept applications via email, by hand, or after the due date. Aspirants must submit applications within the due date.

SECP Graduate Training Program Selection Process:

After submission of applications NTS will conduct MCQs based written test (from syllabus as defined earlier). The shortlisted candidates in the basis of Written test and other Eligibility Criteria will go through multiple tier Interviews process. Successful candidates will be selected in order of merit.

Candidates who successfully cleared Written Tests and Interviews will receive an offer to join the SECP Graduate Training Program, subject to clearance of the SECP medical examination. After the successful completion of training program, there will be a written test tog auge their learning curve. Only those trainees securing 70 % and above marks will be offered a regular job at SECP as Management Executive.

Terms and Conditions:

Upon joining the Commission as a graduate trainee, successful candidates will submit a Surety Bond of PKRs 1,000,000/- (Rupees One Million Only) in favor of the Commission, pledging that they will not quit the training. Furthermore, after completion of training, if selected as a regular confirmed employee, the trainees will serve the Commission for a minimum period of 24 months, failing which PKRs 1,000,000/- shall be recovered from the leaver (trainee).

Please be informed that if at any stage of selection process or during the training, it is revealed that you do not meet the required eligibility criteria as per advertisement, your candidature for the training program will be withdrawn / cancelled immediately.
